Although Chicken Tetrazzini originated in America, it was inspired by an Italian superstar opera soprano, Luisa Tetrazzini, who toured the US in the early 1900’s. The inventor of this dish is disputed, but the end results are a delicious and creamy pasta dish rich in butter, cream and Parmesan. This modern Caesar version compliments the dish with the sharp garlic profile of Caesar Dressing.
